• Finish Line Help

• Post Race Food

• Kids Races

• Awards Table

• Musical Groups - do you belong to a band/musical group or know one that would like to be a part of this?  We welcome lots and lots of music on course.

Adopt a Mile

If you belong to an organization or team that is interested in volunteering a GROUP of people, for an entire mile of the Rochester Regional Health Flower City Half Marathon or Wegman's Family 5K course, please contact Nicole to learn about our Adopt-a-Mile program.  With this program, your organization or team can earn money & public recognition simply by coordinating, soliciting and organizing the volunteers for a particular “mile” of the course.
