Post Race Party

We are excited to offer a bounty of activities for participants and spectators at Parcel 5 during the race. Indeed watching athletes complete their goal is the highlight but here are some of the other amenities we are excited to offer

Live Music

We are excited to have The Uptown Groove Band on the stage at Parcel 5. Known as a premiere WNY Band who plays a variety of venues and music that spans genres and decades to keep things moving, exciting, energetic and upbeat!

Wegmans Post Race Food Zone

Post race athletes and volunteers can enjoy a bounty of treats from Wegmans at the Food Zone to refuel after their efforts.

Plus enjoy Salvatore's pizza from 9am-11am.

Recovery Zone

Post race athletes can work the kinks out from their accomplishment with medical professionals from Rochester Regional Health, Motive PT, My Hope Chiropractic & Wellness, NY Chiropractic School and Driscoll Chiropractic of NY.

Kidz Zone

In addition to the Kids 1/2 Mile at 10:30AM for ages 4 - 12, we will also feature a Kidz Zone complete with two large inflatables including a bounce house for children to play one. Plus Rochester Regional Health will feature some kids activities at their tent.

Complimentary Drop Bag Service courtesy of Puma

While parking is all around to store things in your vehicle, we will offer complimentary Drop Bag Service for athletes to hold items such as pre/post race dry clothing etc. We will provide the bag at packet pickup or race day where you'd write your bib number on the bag. No other bag than this bag will be accepted. Please no valuables in the bags such as keys or money. You have until 11AM that morning to pick up your bag otherwise it does get discarded.

Awards Station

We do not offer an awards ceremony per se, but we will have a post race award station to pick up your Overall or Age Group Award for each race. Please be sure to check the results to see if you qualify prior to coming to the table. We will be having specific time frames depending on race for pickup. Stay tuned for that. Visit each race specific page to learn who gets awarded Overall and Age Group by event.

This station will also be the area whereby the Four Season Challenge Participants can get their post race 4SC medal. Must show bib in order to get the medal. ProTip: If you don't know what Four Season Challenge is, you don't get the 4SC medal. The home page describes this "event"

Get yourself a post race treat or simply stop by to say hi! ASICS, the official footwear brand for Flower City, will be there will special goodies and keepsakes.

Tom's Travelin' Coffee Truck

A fun and necessary addition to the affair is this pop up truck serving a multitude of coffee varieties for purchase to get your caffeine or pikcup me up or simply a tasty treat.

Special Guest - Spikes, Rochester Red Wings Mascot

We are excited to have Spikes, the Famous Rochester Red Wings Mascot, come visit to cheer on the athletes, dance a few moves to The Uptown Groove and help send off the kids on their half mile race!
