The Official Flower City Half Marathon Training Program will begin January 16th through Fleet Feet Sports

Perfect to get you towards the finish line.

This program has trained hundreds in the Rochester area towards a 1/2 or full marathon.  The program begins January 16th, 2012.

The program will also include, but not be limited to:

• Weekly Tempo Workouts

• Online Training Tool to track progress

  • Clinics on topics from Injury Prevention, Nutrition and Stretching

• Group training opportunities every Saturday, with pace groups

• Weekly/Daily workout program

Train for the 5K

The Official Family 5K Training Program will begin February 6th  with Fleet Feet's No Boundaries Learn to Run Program.  This is a 12 week step by step coached program. The graduation race is the Family 5K.

This is the largest learn to run program in the US with great success.  Fleet Feet Sports has trained over 1000 beginners towards a 5K.  This step by step program is easy to follow, coached and with ample group training opportunities.
