The Official Flower City Half Marathon Training Program will begin mid January through Fleet Feet Sports. This will be a distance training program towards this event and a Full Marathon at the end of May.

This program has trained hundreds in the Rochester area towards a 1/2 or full marathon. The program begins the week of January 18th.
The program will also include, but not be limited to:
• A stretching workshop to educate on proper stretching techniques
• A nutrition workshop to educate on fueling for an event
• Orientation Workshop at Fleet Feet on Wednesday, January 27th at 6PM
• Group training opportunities every Saturday, with pace groups.
• Group training and COACHED Tempo Workouts

The Official Mayor's Family 5K Training Program will begin in February with Fleet Feet's No Boundaries Learn to Run Program. This is a 12 week step by step coached program. Stay Tuned!
