6AM - Packet Pickup/Transition Opens for Du/Tri - We STRONGLY encourage going to packet pickup at Fleet Feet to alleviate race morning lines. You must have your photo/ID and USAT Card to get your packet. Also, only you can get your packet.

7:15AM - Packet Pickup Closes for both races

7:30AM - Race Starts

10AM - Bike Course Support Closes/Ends

11AM - Awards Ceremony (Note: we will not be mailing awards)

Sunday, April 29th

5:45AM - Registration/Packet Pickup/Chip Pickup - We STRONGLY encourage going to packet pickup at Fleet Feet to alleviate race morning lines.

7:15AM - Registration Closes for both races

7:30AM - Unity Health System Rochester Flower City 1/2 Marathon Race Starts

7:45AM - Family 5K Starts

8:30AM - Live Music

10:15AM - Awards Ceremony for 5K & 1/2 Marathon (Note: we will not be mailing awards except for winners checks)

11AM - Finish Line Closes
